I began studying photography at GCSE & A-level and eventually progressed into university where I only stayed for 1 year due to my partner falling pregnant and us having a little baby boy. This is where a good portion of my drive stems from and my ability to succeed has only been enhanced by this life changing event. Having something to work for and an end goal insight is something I always recommend to anyone starting a business.
After leaving university I took the leap to open a high street studio and develop my business further by building relationships and networking in the local community, offering portrait sessions and mentoring using social enterprising methods. After leaving the studio at the 6 months term I re-assessed my goals and fell in love with teaching photography. I now predominantly teach workshops and mentor fellow photographers as well as being a successful wedding photographer in the Wales & South West area.
Through my journey of being a photographer and trying to create the right look for my branding I founded a new business aimed at branding and print for the creative world, I struggled to find something that fitted my taste while also being at a suitable price and thats really where the idea came from.
Now I manage both business’s plus 2 others from a studio in the historical town of Caerleon.
