During the ten months that followed, she met regularly with a business mentor who helped to tackle some of the daunting bureaucratic processes involved in setting up a food retail business, receiving advice on which department to contact, who to register with and when.

“In the end it was all relatively smooth and straightforward,” Delyth recounts, “You hear so often about people having a nightmare trying to set up a new business, but we had excellent support which made the whole process remarkably easy.”
