The company specialises in values education, child development, behaviour management and award winning family and parent support programmes. The business was created by Nicola S Morgan, who did so due to the fact that within her previous career as a teacher, she was able to get involved with a variety of additional behavioural management activities and the success of these led her to want to equip and empower others to do the same.

Nicola’s biggest inspiration has come from witnessing the transformation of pupils who have displayed challenging behaviour going from strength to strength in terms of their improvement in standards and self esteem. She loves the creativity and development that her business allows her to have; she is able to implement new ideas quickly and effectively, without having to report to others, which enables the company to always stay one step ahead of the game.

In terms of looking back, Nicola explains that there is nothing that she would have done differently. She started off small and kept a budget salary for herself with very little outgoings in order for the business to develop. She then created an impressive portfolio for the business and took all the opportunities she was offered to promote, for example, she is a regular speaker at the TES shows and BBC Radio, a behaviour management trainer for the NASUWT and an ‘agony aunt’ for a local newspaper.
