This course will provide you with the tools and confidence to achieve success in your dealings with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, whilst also building long-term business relationships with them.
The first part of the course looks at the use of influencing techniques i.e. the art of using communication and social skills to impact positively on the actions and decisions of others.
The second part of this course will focus on the subject of negotiating, the give and take process between two or more parties seeking to discover a common ground and to reach an agreement.
