Following a frustrating, yearlong search for a suitable premises, and six months of hard work renovating a previously empty building, we have now opened our business on Bangor High Street with thanks to the support of The Town Centre Entrepreneurship Fund. Our business advisor Sonia was supportive and reassuring throughout the application process and beyond.
Funeral directors, Angladdau Enfys Funerals Ltd, is a fully bilingual funeral service provided by two women, Manon and Louise, who are taking a more flexible approach to funerals; including making funerals more affordable.
Manon requested support from Business Wales to start their business. With 1-2-1 support from their adviser, they received assistance submitting their application to the Town Centre Entrepreneurship Fund, they received a £10,000 grant which enabled them to carry out extensive renovation work to their building and were able to open their business.
