Getting fit to tender – Winning Work
1st March-  Vale Resort, Hensol Park, Hensol, CF72 8JY
15th March-  OpTIC Centre, Ffordd William Morgan, St Asaph, LL17 0JD
8am-12pm

Bid Right, Spend Less, Win More!

By consistently evaluating opportunities and making informed bid/no bid decisions, you’ll respond to fewer opportunities. This means you’ll spend less. When you spend less, you’ll have more resources available for the right opportunities. When this happens, you win more and that’s the goal.

Unlike many large organisations who have marketing departments, development budgets, and run planned campaigns based on market research and knowledge SME’s generally rely upon the same people who deliver projects to also prepare tender responses.

This workshop from CFW will expand the discussion about the processes of winning work ask some key questions and offer some techniques to help you answer them, including:

•            Have you identified your offering?

•            What do you know and how might you use that knowledge?

•            How do you select the best market opportunities?

•            Where can you source work?

It will highlight key areas, processes and accreditations that will help, including:

•            Promoting your business

•            Understanding and Meeting PQQ requirements

•            Tendering tips.
