Ffocws Benywaidd: #BeTheRoleModel

The UK’s famous spirit of entrepreneurship is resolute, despite one of the toughest years in recent history, which has had a disproportionate impact on female entrepreneurs. The International Monetary Fund has cautioned that Covid-19 threatens to roll back the last 30 years of economic gains for women.

This is one of the reasons why NatWest and Getty Images partnered to launch a nationwide campaign and competition to tackle stereotypes of female founders and help create a more inclusive visual landscape that shows entrepreneurs as they really are.

After receiving more than 3,000 nominations from SMEs across the UK, we are so excited to announce the next 15 businesses that will feature in our Female Focus: #BeTheRoleModel campaign.

Two Women-Led business from Wales who made it to the final 15 and will now receive a package of support and feature in campaigns.
