Dinam Estate is proud to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual or couple to enter into a joint venture at Tynywrta Farm, a 235-acre livestock holding nestled in the Upper Severn Valley near Llandinam, Powys. This well-equipped farm presents the ideal foundation for a forward-thinking partner to potentially co-invest in and help shape a sustainable cattle and/or sheep enterprise alongside the landowner.

With modern livestock buildings, quality pastureland ranging from gently sloping fields to productive upland, and the option of a comfortable three-bedroom farmhouse, Tynywrta Farm offers both the infrastructure and the vision for a thriving agricultural future. The joint venture includes potential shared ownership of livestock, machinery, and equipment, as well as a meaningful role in the day-to-day running of the farm — making this a truly collaborative and rewarding opportunity.

My goals for the next 5 years

1.    Shared investment & ownership: A genuine joint venture where possible equity in livestock, machinery, and equipment reflects mutual commitment and shared ambition.

2.    Regenerative farming & business planning: A farming system shaped through a detailed business plan co-developed with our partner(s), and guided by regenerative principles. We are actively supporting maximum engagement with the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), including its optional and collaborative layers.

3.    Flexibility & individuality: Agreement structure and working arrangements — whether full-time or part-time — tailored to suit the right candidate.

4.    Reward & return: Fair remuneration for management and labour, alongside a share of profits, to ensure effort and expertise are properly valued.

5.    Tailored partnership: The joint venture will be shaped around the experience, vision, and goals of our chosen partner(s), with room to evolve as the business grows.

6.    Ongoing support & development: Access to consultancy advice, professional development opportunities, and regular communication to foster a resilient and forward-thinking enterprise.
