We recommend that you browse our Mentor Directory and select 2 mentors. Take your time to assess their sector specialisms and interests to choose a mentor who has similar interests to you or has experience in an area you wish to particularly develop.

Before you can apply for a mentor, you need to create a goal within your Personal Development Plan (PDP) on your BOSS account. Click here for further guidance. Your application for mentoring will not be approved until you create a goal on your PDP.
