This is a 1 day course with a certificate of attendance upon completion.

This course deals with gross margins  of  enterprises and  essentially budgeting. It looks at the factors that impact upon gross margins, and how to mitigate them. It also deals with forward budgeting such as that needed in the preparation of a business plan.
