Step to Non Exec is a 12 month development programme designed to help you build the confidence and skills needed to enable you to achieve your first board position. Through this programme, you will be able to shadow a board that aligns with your interests and access a mentor from the board who will be able to help you set clear achievable goals in your journey to becoming an official board member. There may also be other training opportunities available from the organisation you are shadowing.
Applications for October 2022 to October 2023 are officially open. Whilst progress is being made on gender targets, women in senior leadership positions remain far too few and lack of diversity continues to be shockingly poor. Only eight of the UK’s top 100 companies have women CEOs, none of which include women of colour. Help us change this.
