Do you have what it takes to be crowned Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) Welsh Butchers’ Club - Butcher of the Year?
HCC will be hosting an exclusive competition for Welsh Lamb & Welsh Beef Butchers’ Club members. The competition will take place live on the HCC stand at the Royal Welsh Show, Builth Wells on 25 July 2017.
Two finalist butchers will be selected to go head-to-head to showcase their butchery skills and product innovation by producing a show stopping retail display using Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef.
The winner will be awarded the HCC Butchers’ Club - Butcher of the Year title and trophy, will access exclusive promotion activity and exciting opportunities to work with HCC at future events. They will also win a three course meal for two at one of HCC’s Welsh Lamb Club restaurants.
The closing date for entries is Monday 12 June 2017.
