Circular Economy Fund
The £6.5 million Circular Economy Fund will help accelerate Wales’ shift towards a circular economy by increasing demand for recycled materials, keeping resources in circulation instead of being incinerated or ending their life in a landfill, and supporting the growth of businesses operating in Wales.
WRAP Cymru is pleased to invite businesses in Wales to submit applications for funding and to support strategic capital investment to drive forward a circular economy in Wales.
Eligible businesses may either apply for a ‘small scale’ grant from approximately £25,000 up to €200,000 (the maximum de minimis threshold), or a ‘large scale’ grant from €200,000 and normally up to £750,000.
For more information including eligibility criteria, guidance documents, FAQs, application forms and submission deadlines please visit the WRAP website.
Manufacturers operating in Wales are invited to register for a free webinar to learn about the capital grants available under the £6.5 million Circular Economy Fund.
The webinar takes place on Tuesday 21 May from 10am to 11am.

Circular Economy Mapping Tool for Wales
WRAP Cymru has launched a user-friendly Circular Economy Mapping Tool for Wales – a useful resource for those operating in the Welsh bioeconomy; particularly food and drink producers and processors. It provides an interactive, visual representation of the extent of Wales’ thriving bioeconomy. If you have any queries in respect of the tool, please don’t hesitate to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
