The Energy Technologies Institute (ETI) funds various schemes that relate to the development of clean, sustainable and reliable energy in the UK.
The latest scheme, known as the Biomass Logistics Programme, is now open and is seeking project proposals that address the enormous value that bioenergy can bring to the UK energy system long term and will aim to improve understanding of the sector.
Applicants should have demonstrable related experience and will be able to show within their proposal evidence of their capabilities to carry out the project successfully. A project information day will be held 4 April 2016.
The deadline for submitting an official notification of intention will be 12 noon, 18 April 2016. The deadline for submitting completed proposals will be 12 noon, 29 April 2016.
