Daffodils

With this year’s St David’s Day falling in half term for some schools there will be plenty of people out in force at various events and parades taking place across the country.

With free entry to 16 Cadw sites on St David’s Day and other tourism businesses such as Portmeirion offering free entry on 1 March 2019, have you thought about how your business will celebrate?

Food and Drink Wales have a ‘This is a Celebration. This is Wales’ toolkit for food and drink businesses which has tips on how your business can increase footfall, boost sales and with free marketing materials, what a better way than to tie new products into a celebration of nationhood and identity?

If you are Wales-based business then your customers will appreciate that you have chosen to celebrate the nation’s patron saint on 1 March and if you’re based outside of Wales, your customers will be curious to learn about and taste new things.
