The Employer Recruitment Support Grant is paid in four stages after we receive a claim form confirming the new recruit’s continued employment.
The four staged payments are as follows:
- £750 after 13 weeks in employment
- £750 after 26 weeks in employment
- £750 after 39 weeks in employment
- £750 after 52 weeks in employment.
Where the new employee is employed on a part-time basis (between 16 and 24 hours per week), the wage subsidy will be paid at a rate equivalent to 50% of that shown above.
Payment for the Employer Training Support Grant can only be made once the training has been completed. The earliest this claim can be made is at the 26 week measurement stage but it can be made later where training has not been completed.
