OVERVIEW:

This Framework specifies the standards and criteria for the delivery of Level 4 training provision within the Retail occupations. Successful completion of the provision will lead to the award of a designated/regulated qualification(s) within the industry. 

This Apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of Retail Management roles, including Retail Supervisor or Team Leader, Store/Department Manager, Sales Managers, Assistant Store Manager & Operations Manager.

OVERVIEW:

This Framework specifies the standards and criteria for the delivery of Levels 2 & 3 training provision within the Retail occupations. Successful completion of the provision will lead to the award of a designated/regulated qualification(s) within the industry.

The Level 2 Apprenticeship has been designed for individuals working within a retail environment as a General Sales Assistant as well as those in more specialist roles, for example Beauty Consultants or Fresh Food Counter Assistants and Stockroom Assistant.

The Level 3 Apprenticeship has been designed for individuals who are employed in a more senior position within retail, such as Senior Sales Assistants, Team Leaders, Supervisors, to consolidate existing skills and knowledge.
