Carmel is also excited by the AI’s transformative potential and is actively researching how it can benefit fast-growing businesses, from operational efficiency to innovation and market expansion. As part of a committed team, she has worked with over 80 SMEs in recent years, helping them navigate challenges and seize new opportunities for growth.
Outside of work Carmel loves learning new skills, is fluent in three Celtic languages and Spanish. She plays traditional Irish and Welsh music on the fiddle in a group just for fun and has challenged herself to learn the Celtic harp in 2025!
