Howard is a highly experienced trainer, coach and consultant with over 20 years' experience in organisational development leadership and business growth. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Howard began his professional journey at NatWest Bank before moving to the International Thomson Organisation (ITO), where he held roles in marketing, HR and management training.
While at ITO, he launched Thomson Media Services, a magazine publishing venture, and later founded a publishing company in partnership with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Since 2014, he has worked independently, delivering bespoke coaching and consultancy projects across various sectors. As a Relationship Manager within the Accelerated Growth Programme, Howard supports ambitious Welsh businesses to scale effectively. He helps identify opportunities and address challenges through tailored, practical support designed to unlock sustainable growth.
