The proposal is to redevelop an unoccupied, former newsagents and office space to create a new 4 Star B&B, combining 5 high quality bedrooms, a 40-cover Café, and Holistic Therapy room.
The café, therapy room and two guest bedrooms will be located on the ground floor, and will be fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. The ground floor bedrooms will benefit from wet rooms and menus will be available in Braille and picture format.
