The project is to purchase an excavator and attachment to split logs. The excavator can handle large pieces of timber and it will be used on both the woodlands and the yard. It means the business can access all the woodland which means it can be managed in a way that benefits the trees and wood production.
The log splitter cone will mean that the business can split the timber so that it is handled more easily and efficiently.
