Expansion of Food Processing Facilities

The innovation and delivery of craft baked solutions to both the public and wholesale market. The project will help seek to deliver multiple options for the targeted audience through fresh, par baked and frozen alternatives in form of sourdough breads and pastries and a gourmet cake range that will utilise the finest ingredients and allow maximum flexibility in their ability to be stored and served whilst minimising food waste given the products ability to be utilised to the customers individual requirements.
