Sgil Cymru is the media training provider for apprenticeships in Creative and Digital Media in Wales. Based at Great Point - Seren Stiwdios in Cardiff, the team has almost 75 years combined experience in bilingual media training and production.

Industry skills body for the Creative Industries. It works across film, TV, radio, fashion and textiles, animation, games, VFX, publishing, advertising and marketing communications. It works with and for the Creative Industries to develop skills and talent, supporting productivity and employability.
Ffilm Cymru Wales
Their 'Foot in the Door' scheme offers new opportunities to kickstart creative careers, finding and creating local opportunities to learn and develop valuable skills such as such as carpentry, costume, and hair/make-up on the set of film and TV productions in Wales. These types of skills and roles exist not only in film and TV, but also in the broader creative industries and beyond.

Screen Alliance Wales
A stand-alone philanthropic company created by Bad Wolf as the company’s founders recognise that Wales needs an agency to educate, train and promote TV crews and build a lasting production infrastructure throughout Wales.

The UK's media and entertainment trade union; sectors covered include broadcasting, film, independent production, theatre and the arts, live events, leisure and digital media. Career development courses available through BECTU are provided at low cost. Whilst in most cases the courses on our bespoke list are open to members and non-members.
