Alternative Build Spaces

Wales also has an industrial heritage that can supply an array of build space of old factories and industrial sites.

Bay Studios is a former car parts factory on the outskirts of Swansea, offering a 265,000 sq ft site where TV dramas such as Da Vinci's Demons and The Collection have filmed in recent years.

DRESD in the Vale of Glamorgan offers an aircraft hangar with four spacious filming, utility and workshop spaces. A total of 49,000 sq ft of indoor space as well as a further 144,000 sq ft of outdoor filming areas are available, catering to a variety of productions.
