• Survival Pack – we will provide a survival pack of basic legal documents required by most early stage high growth businesses.  I am happy to agree the extent of this pack with you although I’ve produced some drafts to get our conversation started.
• Fixed price, competitive work packages – some of the basic legal documents will need tailoring and we can price cost effective packages to tailor these with AGP clients. This would be considerably cheaper than if the clients sought to commission the services independently of AGP.

A Swansea University scheme designed to transform academic ideas and inventions into venture capital-backed businesses. The InvestorG8 programme, backed by the Welsh Government's A4B programme, recently selected 8 projects from the university's life sciences and engineering departments, with each allocated up to £75,000 for development and commercialisation. All 8 are now limited companies, with significant offers of investment in place for the participating spin-out companies.

National Virtual Incubation

A ground-breaking digital platform, that opens up new opportunities to help explore and expand new ideas.  Since its launch in 2011, the British Innovation Gateway (BIG) has introduced a variety of national initiatives to support entrepreneurs and technology start-ups and encourage wider collaboration between them.  As a critical component to BIG, the National Virtual Incubator (NVI) is a pioneering new network supported by the UK government.  The NVI connects incubation centres, research facilities, science parks and academic institutes through its growing number of national bases.
