The UK Government has launched a consultation on the role of the Small Business Commissioner as part of a statutory review.
The consultation will examine:
- the Commissioner’s effectiveness in carrying out the functions of the office
- the impact of its work on improving payment practices in commercial transactions
- awareness and use of alternative dispute resolution procedures among small businesses
The consultation closes on 28 April 2023.
