The Equality and Human Rights Commission have produced guidance for employers so that they are more aware of equality and human rights issues and are encouraging public and private sector employers to adopt workplace policies including:
- domestic abuse: workplace policies and managing and supporting employees
- mental health is your business
- creating a faith friendly workplace for Muslims
