Reminder: Alert Level 0 Guidance and Sector Specific Action Cards

What businesses, employers, organisations, activity and events organisers in Wales must do at alert level 0.

Alert level 0: guidance for employers, businesses and organisations provides the essential information needed to help businesses, employers and other organisations or institutions meet the legal obligations they are under to minimise the risk of people being exposed to, or spreading, coronavirus on their premises.

At alert level 0, many of the legal requirements in tourism and hospitality settings have been removed though carrying out a coronavirus risk assessment continues to be a legal requirement for businesses, employers and event organisers, and there is a requirement to take reasonable measures to minimise the risk of exposure to coronavirus.

Reasonable Measures Action cards include, Hospitality, Tourism Businesses including Accommodation and Attractions, Events and Night Clubs and Music Venues.
