UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing – Delivery Plan for Wales

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) launched the UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing in January 2020. The strategy is designed to bring partners together to transform the country’s financial wellbeing in a decade.

Since then, MaPS has been coordinating proposals for a Delivery Plan for Wales, with input from over 90 stakeholders.

The result is a plan co-produced with Welsh Government, which covers practical and deliverable initiatives that can both make a difference to people making the most of their money now and in the future. The Wales Delivery Plan considers the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and how we can work together to achieve long term and lasting change for individuals, communities, business and the economy in Wales.

The plans are for you if you are interested in driving positive changes to people’s personal finances, deliver programmes, services, or support customers with their money, and if you want to learn more about how your organisation can play its part delivering stronger financial wellbeing outcomes for people across Wales.
