Opening Doors is Business in the Community’s (BITC) flagship inclusive recruitment campaign which calls on employers to change how they recruit to help make 2 million jobs more inclusive by 2025.
In May, BITC launched the insights from their research project, "Opening Doors: What Works". This research aims to highlight effective strategies employers can adopt to support jobseekers from low socioeconomic backgrounds, especially those confronted with challenges related to race, age, and gender.
