Lauryn’s Disabled Peoples’ Employment Adviser explained the improvements, including a Neurodiversity policy, diversity statements and Access to Work, that could be made to maximise their reach to potential candidates.
With the support from Business Wales, Lauryn has now signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme, ensuring their recruitment processes are inclusive, for example offering reasonable adjustments on applications, and they are now in a position for their business to become an Employer of choice.
