Why World Health Expo Dubai (WHX Dubai) 2027?
WHX is the largest trade show in the Middle East for the medical sector, attracting more than 4,200 exhibitors from 195 countries, ranging from World leading organisations to small firms, and over 60,000 visitors. It offers good export opportunities for Welsh businesses in the life science sector.

The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as a co-exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor - The cost to exhibit is either is £6,000* for large stand or £4,800* for pod.

• In market airport transfers (if you travel with the core group)
• 6 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Friday)
• Exhibition stand and exhibition registration
• Exhibition pass for the duration of the show
• Online/catalogue entry
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for two representatives per company.
Visitor - This is £1,750*. This includes:
• Return flights
• In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the core group)
• 6 nights’ accommodation (including breakfast)
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
*Visitor passes are not included in this package and must be purchased separately. It is no longer possible for us to purchase visitor passes on behalf of your company.

Arrangement of Meetings Support
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs. If your application is submitted after 13 November 2026 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
Deadline for applications
13 November 2026 – Exhibitor and visitor application deadline including travel, accommodation, and pre-arranged meetings.
17 December 2026 – Visitor application deadline for travel and accommodation packages only.

*Costs are subject to eligibility and availability. The Welsh Government has secured a limited number of packages at the advertised rate. We will make every effort to accommodate applications beyond our allocation; however, applications received after the deadline or once all allocated packages have been allocated may be subject to higher costs than those advertised. To secure the advertised rate, we recommend applying as early as possible.
