Welsh Government would like to invite your company to participate in our Export Market Visit to United Arab Emirates.

Why United Arab Emirates?
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a vibrant and dynamic market, and is consistently in the top 10 markets for Welsh Exports, with Dubai being the main focus for businesses.

Dubai continues to grow and diversify, and is not only a major entry route to the Gulf region but is now a commercial hub for the wider Middle East and North Africa.

Dubai offers good export opportunities for Welsh businesses in all priority sectors; high value manufacturing, tech, life science, consumer products, clean energy and food & drink.

The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit.

Cost per company representative: £1,750, which includes:

•    Return flights
•    In-market transfers (if you travel with the group)
•   6 night’s accommodation with breakfast (Sunday – Friday)
•    Attendance at in-market events
•    Inclusion in any marketing material

*This offer is available for one representative per company, subject to eligibility.

25-28 January – Opportunity for companies to have their own meetings / pre-arranged meetings Programme in Dubai.
29 January – Return to Wales

Arrangement of Meetings Services (Optional)
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.

Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.

If your application is submitted after 13 November 2026 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.

*Costs are subject to eligibility and availability. The Welsh Government has secured a limited number of packages at the advertised rate. We will make every effort to accommodate applications beyond our allocation; however, applications received after the deadline or once all allocated packages have been allocated may be subject to higher costs than those advertised. To secure the advertised rate, we recommend applying as early as possible.
