The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor - The cost to exhibit is either is £5,600 for large stand or £4,400 for pod with travel and accommodation for two representatives. This includes:
- Return flights
- In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the Group)
- 6 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Saturday – Friday)
- 2 Exhibition passes
- Exhibition stand and exhibition Registration and access to the online portal
- Attendance at in-market events
- Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for two representative per company.
Visitor: The cost to attend as visitor is £1,600* with travel and accommodation. This includes:
- Return flights
- In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the Group)
- 6 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Saturday - Friday)
- Arab Health entry pass
- Attendance at in-market events
- Inclusion in any marketing material

Arrangement of Meetings Support
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10-12 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs. If your application is submitted after 15 November 2024 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
