Innotrans is the World’s leading trade fair for transport technology, focussing on railway technology, railway Infrastructure, public transport, interiors and tunnel construction. With over 3,000 exhibitors from 60 countries and over 153,000 attendees, it offers good export opportunities for Welsh businesses in this sector.
InnoTrans occupies all 42 halls available at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The Outdoor Display area hosts a 3,500m track system and exhibits include multiple unit trains, locomotives, freight vehicles, trams, construction and two-way vehicles. In a Bus Display in the Sommergarten, vehicle manufacturers present buses, both static or in operation on the adjacent 500m demonstration course.

Exhibitor
The cost is £1,900. This includes:
• Branded exhibition space on the Wales stand
• 50% subsidy towards return travel and 4 nights’ accommodation with breakfast
• Exhibitor Ticket for one person
• Attendance at in-market events, including business networking events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
• Access to meeting space on the Wales stand
A second representative can attend for an additional £900. Total Support for two people to attend is a maximum of £2,800.
Visitor
Attending as a visitor allows you freedom to walk the floor and target companies. The cost is £900. This includes:
- 50% subsidy towards return travel and
- Up to 4 nights’ accommodation with breakfast
- Visitor ticket(s) to the trade show
- Inclusion in any marketing material
- Access to storage and meeting space on the Wales stand
- Optional attendance at in-market events, including business networking Events
