The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor - The cost to exhibit is either is £3,800 for large stand or £2,800 for pod.
- Return flights and in market transfers
- 4 nights accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Thursday)
- 4 day Medica exhibition pass
- Exhibition stand and exhibition registration
- Online/catalogue entry
Arrangement of meetings service
If you would like support to arrange a programme of 5-6 meetings during Medica, then this can be done at an additional cost of £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 8 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.
