The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as a co-exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor - The cost to exhibit is either is £4,200 for large stand or £3,000 for pod.
• Return flights and in market transfers
• 4 nights accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Thursday)
• 4 day Medica exhibition pass
• Exhibition stand and exhibition registration
• Online/catalogue entry
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for two representatives per company.
Visitor - The cost is £900. This includes:
• Return flights and in market transfers (one way)
• 4 nights accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Thursday)
• 3 day Medica visitor pass
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material

Arrangement of Meetings Service
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.
If your application is submitted after 4 September 2026 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
