Anti-Slavery Wales 2024 Conference

Conference, people applauding

Modern Slavery is a global challenge but each of us can play our part in tackling and preventing this appalling crime. Be part of the solution by taking your place at Anti-Slavery Wales 2024 conference.

Anti-Slavery Wales has become an annual event which brings together partners and organisations to network and share learning and experiences.

This year’s conference will take place on 16 October 2024.

Hosted by Aberystwyth University in partnership with the Welsh Government, the conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear from expert speakers including:

  • Dafydd Llywelyn, Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed-Powys
  • Robyn Phillips, Director of Operations at the Human Trafficking Foundation
  • Ryszard Piotrowicz, Professor of Law at Aberystwyth University

The conference will be of interest to a wide range of people and organisations across the Welsh public, private or third sectors. We welcome and encourage participation from those who have lived experience of exploitation.

You can join the conference by attending in-person at Aberystwyth University or joining online via Microsoft Teams. There are limited in-person tickets available, so you are encouraged to book early. Please register here: Eventbrite
