Breastfeeding in the Workplace Survey – please share your views and experiences!

Baby feeding bottles, milk and a teddy bear.

Public Health Wales (PHW) is keen to promote breastfeeding within the workplace. To assist with this, a short survey has been developed to assess whether employees feel supported to breastfeed upon returning to work from maternity leave and to identify the support needed by organisations to assist returning employees.

Responses can remain anonymous. PHW is especially interested to hear the views and experiences of employees who returned from maternity leave still breastfeeding, as well as their line managers.

Please help PHW to gather insights to inform future initiatives, and examples of good practice to promote to employers across Wales by distributing this survey within your organisation.

PHW would be grateful if you could complete the survey by 1 August 2024.

Additional information on breastfeeding and the workplace can be found on the HWW website: Breastfeeding and the Workplace - Public Health Wales (nhs.wales)
