Hubbub and Starbucks have launched a £1 million fund to increase take-up and remove barriers for reusable packaging in the food and drink sector in the UK.
They’re looking for innovators with pioneering approaches to challenge single-use packaging in the food and drink sector. The fund is looking to support consumer facing reuse systems in the UK in both ‘return from home’ and ‘return on the go’ models. If you feel you have a solution to support reuse systems and remove barriers for users and businesses, they want to hear about it.
The fund is open to the following types of organisations:
- Charity
- Academic body
- Community Interest Company
- Social enterprise
- Registered company
The fund will provide grants between £150,000 to £300,000 and fund up to 5 different projects based in the UK. Applications close at 5pm on 24 June 2022.
