Business Events Wales Product and Skills review

Meet In Wales: Destination Review 2023.

Help us shape the future of business events in Wales.

As part of the Event Wales team, Meet In Wales develops and promotes Wales as a leading business events destination. Attracting any kind of business events to a destination is a collaborative enterprise. It is about showcasing the best of every restaurant, bar, hotel, attraction, conference centre, coffee shop, adventure and cultural experience.

Meet In Wales is undertaking a review of the current offer of Business Events products and skills in Wales. This will enable partners to further capitalise on the business events community and sector in Wales. Affording an understanding of need for:

  • Skills training
  • Marketing sales support
  • Advocacy services

The engagement and survey will deliver an insight to:

  • Your business
  • Your available resources
  • Your engagement levels in business events activity, if at all

As such, we welcome your participation in our survey.

It is about getting to know as many of these businesses as possible. Finding out what they do, where the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities are, and seeing how we can bring our collective knowledge together to showcase the very best of Wales.

The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We encourage our business events community to help shape the business events narrative in Wales. Participate in the survey by selecting the following link Meet In Wales: Destination Review 2023 Survey (surveymonkey.co.uk)

If you would like to undertake an in-depth one-to-one session with the research team via a telephone or a Teams/Zoom call, please indicate in your survey response.

The survey will close at 5pm Friday 14 July 2023.
