CBI Wales and the University of South Wales have launched a free online resource aimed at supporting more women into successful careers.
The toolkit highlights six priority areas where action can drive change and support women in the workplace:
- Building inclusive workplace cultures
- Embedding flexible working at every level
- Expanding mentoring and networks
- Tackling bias and discrimination
- Supporting caregivers and working families
- Building confidence and aspiration
