If you’re a creative fashion designer, start-up or SME with a great sustainable fashion idea or product, Fashion For Change can help you get your business off the ground.
Fashion For Change will be selecting 25 projects that meet its eligibility criteria to benefit from financial and business support as part of its Accelerator Programme, led by at least one SME, designer, or startup (SME, micro-company, or self-employed professional) and a transnational partner.
The partnership seeks to create or develop innovative products or services for circular fashion. The call will consider the following specific objectives in order to cover the entire value chain from resources, design, production, retail, consumption to the product’s end-of-life:
- new fibre development and materials recycling
- design and manufacture of fashion products using sustainable, recycled, and upcycled materials
- retail customer services including repair and return
- new clothes sharing and reselling business models
- software systems for on-demand fashion production
The deadline for applications is 5pm 19 April 2022.
