Do you want to guard your profits against wasted food and cut your costs.

Every year, 1.1 million tonnes of food is thrown away across the Hospitality and Food Service (HaFS) sector. 75% of the food wasted could have been eaten, costing the sector £3.2 billion.

Guardians of Grub, delivered by WRAP, is running a campaign throughout November for the HaFS sector to step up and reduce their food waste ahead of their busiest month of December.

Demonstrate to your teams and externally that you and your business are fully committed to reducing food waste – and save money too.
