Companies House incorporate and dissolve limited companies, register company information and make it available to the public.
From 1 February 2026, some of Companies House fees will be changing. These include:
- incorporation digital filing fee will change to £100
- confirmation statement digital filing fee will change to £50
- voluntary strike off digital filing fee will change to £13
