CoronaHack - AI vs. Covid-19

Businesses, data scientists and biomedical researchers are being encouraged by Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) to join a high profile virtual hackathon designed to accelerate approaches to monitoring, diagnosing and controlling the Coronavirus.

There is currently an urgent need for medical and other support in the UK due to the spread of Covid-19 and demand for technologies including:

  • providing intensive care
  • rapid training and education of healthcare personnel
  • supporting people who are self-isolating or working from home

KTN considers the solution to these needs to be generated from multi-disciplinary collaborations, with artificial intelligence (AI) being one part of the solution.

The event takes place from 14 April to 19 April 2020.

This is a preliminary notification due to the short deadlines.

Please sign up now, through Eventbrite to receive further information on the event and how you can participate.
