The Welsh Government are proposing changes to the guidance for local authorities when deciding to charge extra council tax.
Consultation description
The Welsh Government have updated the guidance to reflect the changes to council tax policy in Wales and have provided guidance on the administration, enforcement and reporting premiums charged for:
- long-term empty properties
- second homes
