Croeso i Feicwyr fund will support projects across Wales that enhance cycling infrastructure and facilities, helping to grow cycling tourism, boost local economies and create a lasting legacy from the Tour de France's historic Welsh stage in 2027.
The Croeso i Feicwyr fund will help make Wales a more appealing cycling destination.
It will support visitor experiences and destination hubs for dedicated cyclists and visitors who choose to cycle as part of their trip.
This fund will be open to:
- Local Authorities (LAs)
- National Park Authorities (NPAs)
This is a capital fund. Revenue costs will not be considered.
- Total grant available per application is £100,000, however LAs and NPAs can submit more than one EOI
- The maximum intervention rate is 80%.
- There is no minimum grant amount.
The closing date for Expressions of Interest is 1pm on Friday, 7 August 2026.
