Important reminder that businesses across the UK must have a data protection complaints process in place, as the new legal requirements come into force on 19 June 2026.

The Data Use and Access Act 2025 (DUAA) is a new Act of Parliament that updates certain laws about digital information matters.

The Information Commissioner’s Office has publishedguidance on how to deal with data protection complaints to support businesses in meeting these new requirements.
