The UK Government has published an updated implementation plan, setting out how it will deliver the package of workers' rights included in the Employment Rights Act 2025.
The UK Government has stated that their Plan to Make Work Pay will be delivered in phases, so that businesses, employers and workers have time to plan and prepare.
